Mastering Your Mind for Peaceful Sleep

Anyone who’s ventured into the world of entrepreneurship has probably heard the golden rule:

Identify the problem that keeps people awake at night and find a solution.

But here's where I disagree.

The problem isn't necessarily "what" keeps people awake at night.

It's "who" is interrupting their peaceful sleep with tossing and turning all night.

It's the Mean Girl in your head.

You know, the one who flips a switch as soon as the lights go out, causing our thoughts to bounce around like lottery balls in a gravity pick machine. Sound familiar?

You’re nodding off on the couch while watching TV, but as soon as you hit the sack, your thoughts go wild.

So what's the solution?

The first step is to turn off Mean Girl, reel in those thoughts, and focus on calming your mind.

Breathe deeply, embrace the silence, and focus on anything other than the chaotic chatter in your head.

Bedtime stories aren't just for children, so create your own narrative. It might go something like this:

"When I go to bed, I take control of my thoughts.

They are calm and quiet.

I'm safe, happy, and content.

I have nothing to worry about because I'm an amazing person.

I've done great things, and I have faith in myself."

Give it a try and see if this helps quiet your Mean Girl, allowing you to finally get the rest you deserve.

If you find it challenging to hush that inner critic, don't hesitate to message me.

I'm here to lend a helping hand.

Sweet dreams!
